Before you write

If your question is about a specific session or subscription, please include:

• Your installation UUID — found in the app under Settings → About. It lets us find your data without asking for your name or email inside the app.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• A short description of what you expected and what happened.

Response time

ZenDriver is built by an independent developer. We reply as soon as we reasonably can — usually within a few business days.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel your ZenDriver Pro subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
